No client is too small for me to work on. Here's proof.
When Starbucks redesigned their packaging, they decided to include stories about each of their coffees, including details on each one’s inspiration, origin, and more. They came to us to help us bring those stories (some more hidden than others) to life. We created a scalable website that delves into the packaging elements and offers tasting notes, food pairings, and suggestions for other Starbucks coffees that fans might enjoy.
Starbucks asked us to help bring their newsroom site up to speed. Part of the request to make it easier for journalists to find the information they needed, which would serve them, but also reduce the number of (costly) calls to their hotline. I wrote the copy and worked with my AD and an information architect to find the best way to organize massive amounts of information. The client was overjoyed with the end result. Bonus: it also won a 2014 In2 Sabre Award for Best Digital Newsroom.
