Let me guess: you have a horrible story involving rum and college. You're not alone. In fact, Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum likes to say that rum's stateside reputation has a college hangover. I didn't think I liked rum at all -- until I tried Appleton. Because it's aged in bourbon barrels and hand-crafted by master blenders, it's not your typical rum. But you'll never believe me until you taste it yourself. That's how I came up with the idea for this social campaign. All the quotes are ones I sourced myself (with a bottle of rum in hand), and I art directed the signs to be in the style of traditional Jamaican hand-painted signs.
